Although the administrators and moderators of Sector Alpha will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this site, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the Sector Alpha administration and moderation team, nor vBulletin Solutions, Inc. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

Sector Alpha is a Forum community and social network based around Computer gaming, Science and technology discussion. Sector Alpha is open to registration to anyone in the international community who are at least 13 years of age.

Sector Alpha is involved in a number of online gaming activities. These include activity in the form of an online multiplayer gaming group/guild/clan in a third party* game or the operation of a game server which is running software made by a third party* in a form of a game. Registered members of Sector Alpha who are involved in these activities must Contact the Main Game Leader in charge of monitoring activity and organising events using the third party* software immediately upon registration Respect the rules of the third party software whilst using it as well as the rules as stated by Sector Alpha

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws of the United Kingdom and The United States of America. If there are any conflicts between the laws of these two countries then the laws of this websites host soil, the United States, will succeed any clash.

The owners of Sector Alpha reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item for any reason.

The owners of Sector Alpha reserve the right to update any of it's information, rules and laws for any reason what so ever without the need to notify its members. By agreeing to these rules, you will also accept any future changes to the rules even if they are not officially disclosed (although this will be unlikely as the owners of Sector Alpha like to keep their members up to date with things. But for whatever reason, if you agree to these rules, you also agree to any future changes in these rules too..

Sector Alpha is a "non-profit" organisation. Any donations received by Sector Alpha all go back into the Sector Alpha community in the form of server costs and upgrades. Any financial donation of any amount once submitted, is non-refundable.

If you accept these rules and confirm registration. Your registered account data will be stored on this website only for the use of Sector Alpha. We shall not sell off any data stored on this website. Your password is encrypted and it is your responsibility to protect your password. Be aware of various privacy settings too. It is your responsibility to adjust the privacy settings on these forums as required to suit how you wish to set up your profile.

Once your account has been made after accepting these rules, your account shall exist forever. Should you wish to have your account deleted at any point in time, email bloodlust80@sector-alpha.net. The response time between sending the email and deleting the account is however undefined (although usually this process happens within approximately 24 hours). Once an account has been deleted, there is no undoing of this. Your account may also be deleted against your will for any reason.
