Currently sorting out admin accounts and such, this wiki will be implemented properly .. soon.. and then users will be able to make accounts eventually to contribute changes etc.
ATM, only trusted users/admins will be able to have wiki accounts to make the secure important pages.. later, we will then restrict page creation/edits down to a user login basis etc or something like that.
tl;dr you will have edit rights soon, be patient.
Consult the User's Guide for information on using the wiki software.
